Terms of Service

Last updated 06 Jul 2026

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to use TapRoyal. Each person may hold only one account. See our KYC & AML Policy for details.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Wallet

Deposits, withdrawals, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the current minimum and maximum limits (₹10–₹50000 for deposits, ₹100–₹10000 for withdrawals). All money in your wallet is denominated in Indian Rupees (₹).

Fair Play

TapRoyal is a game of skill. Scores are validated server-side, and we run automated checks for abnormal play. Attempting to cheat, automate gameplay, collude with other players, or hold multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of winnings and suspension — see our Fairness & Game Integrity Disclosure.

Prohibited Conduct

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or permanently ban an account that violates these terms, with or without prior notice, and withhold any balance connected to the violation pending investigation. You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting support.

Intellectual Property

The TapRoyal app, game, branding, and all associated content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without permission.

Limitation of Liability

TapRoyal is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses arising from your own play, from third-party payment processing delays, or from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TapRoyal after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where TapRoyal is registered.
