Refund & Cancellation Policy
Deposits
Once a deposit is confirmed by our payment partner and credited to your wallet, it is available immediately and is non-refundable, except where a transaction has failed, been duplicated, or charged without a corresponding credit — these are investigated and resolved on request to our support team.
Deposits must be between ₹10 and ₹50000 per transaction.
Tournament Entry Fees
Entry fees are automatically refunded in full to your wallet if:
- A tournament is cancelled because it did not reach the minimum number of players required to run.
- A tournament is cancelled by TapRoyal for operational reasons before it starts.
Once you have joined a tournament that runs to completion, the entry fee is not refundable — the outcome is determined by your performance, not chance, and the fee has been committed to the prize pool for that contest.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests must be between ₹100 and ₹10000. Every withdrawal is reviewed by our team before funds are released — this is not instant. If a withdrawal request is rejected, the amount is automatically returned to your withdrawable balance at no cost to you.
Once a withdrawal has been approved and processed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by TapRoyal.
Bonus & Promotional Credits
Bonus credits (such as referral rewards or daily streak rewards) are locked until you meet the stated playthrough requirement, and are not redeemable for cash directly. Unused bonus credits expire if the playthrough requirement is not met within the stated validity period, as disclosed at the time the bonus is credited.
