What We Collect
- Account information: username, email, phone number, and optionally your full name and date of birth
- Wallet & transaction data: deposits, withdrawals, tournament entries, and prize payouts
- Gameplay data: scores and session activity, validated on our servers to keep contests fair
- Device data: device identifiers and push-notification tokens, IP address, and app version
How We Use It
We use your data to operate your account and wallet, run and settle tournaments fairly, prevent fraud and multi-accounting, send you transactional notifications (OTPs, wallet activity, results), and respond to support requests.
What We Don't Do
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts on our website or app, and we do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We share the minimum data necessary with our payment processing partner to complete deposits and withdrawals, and with law enforcement or regulators where legally required. We do not share your data with marketing or advertising networks.
Security
Passwords are stored using one-way hashing, not plain text. Session tokens are short-lived and rotated. Security-relevant account actions are recorded in an append-only audit log that is never edited or deleted, which helps us investigate disputes and abuse.
Your Rights
You can view and update your profile information in the app. To request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, contact our Grievance Officer at support@taproyal.in — see our Grievance Redressal Policy for our response timelines.
Data Retention
We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after, as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. Security audit logs are retained indefinitely and are never altered.
Children's Privacy
TapRoyal is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
